Beaches, walks and postos: to allow us to go beyond the clichés and live like a Brazilian among the Cariocas

The walk and Ipanema Beach (photo). Unable to stay in Rio without trampling Ipanema, made famous thanks to The Girl from Ipanema, global hit Vinicius de Moraes and Antonio Carlos Jobim mythical beach. This is the place to go Cariocas who use checkpoints - the postos - as geographical and social cues. For example, posto 9, imbued with a cool and libertarian aura, is the one around which gathers the gilded youth of the city; the posto 8 is frequented by homosexuals, and 11 is much more family friendly.
